Log workflow

Displays read-only progress and history of executed tasks.

Recommended configuration

  1. Select the authorised workflow in the Content section.
  2. Resize the widget based on the operational detail you wish to expose.
  3. Verify behaviour in Preview; actual execution remains subject to view permissions.

Configuration options

AreaOptions
WorkflowAuthorised workflow, command text and optional confirmation request.
ParametersRequired values from the user and mapping from prompt, default, formulas, filters, selection or literal values.
After launchWidget to refresh and context preservation during refresh.
MonitoringWorkflow to observe, state update and level of detail shown in the widget.
IdentityTitle, Subtitle, header visibility, type icon and action button.
PresentationStandard, Compact or Dense variant and message to show when no data is available.
AppearanceBackground, background image, border, radius, padding, shadow and typography for different areas.
PositionCoordinates and dimensions in cells within the page or container grid.

Best practices

  • Do not expose the integrated launch command of the Workflow Console.
tip

Always verify the widget in Preview, in both light and dark themes, and with an empty data state before publishing the View.
