Workflow Export
Workflow export is available in the Designer Workbench.
- Open Designer.
- In the Workbench tab, select Export.
- Choose Export Workflow.
Select Workflows
The window displays workflows that can be exported by the user. Use the search to narrow down the list, then select one or more items.
The download action generates a .sybot package containing the selected definitions.
What to Check
Before exporting:
- verify that the workflow is the correct one;
- save changes in Designer;
- check the lock status;
- include only the necessary items.
After downloading, store the file with a name and in a location that allow you to identify its origin and purpose.
Package Security
A package may contain diagrams, parameters, and configurations entered by users. It must not be published or sent to unauthorised recipients.
Exporting does not replace the version management procedures required by the organisation.
