What is a Workflow in Sybot
A Sybot Workflow is a low-code process composed of interconnected tasks. Each task performs a function; the connections and conditions determine which step proceeds next.
Using tasks in the Workflow
Tasks are added and configured in the Workflow Designer.
Task groups
Groups organise the diagram visually without replacing connections or execution conditions.
Workflow Parameters and Variables
The strategic use of parameters and variables is crucial for creating dynamic and automated Workflows. These tools allow workflows to be reusable by providing specific data on each run, maintaining useful information during processing, and creating a logical sequence of interconnected tasks.
Execution and Verification in the Workflow Designer
The Designer allows you to save, validate, and test a workflow while building it.
Expression Editor
The Expression Editor helps you build dynamic values and conditions using workflow parameters, task outputs, variables, and supported operators.
Parallel Branches
Parallel Branches and Sync Branches prepare the separation and subsequent synchronisation of multiple paths.
Scheduling
Scheduling is managed from the Executions page, not from the legacy Designer.
Task versioning
The Versions button in the task panel opens the history of saved configurations for that instance.
