Workflow Import

The import of workflows is available in the Designer Workbench.

  1. Open Designer.
  2. In the Workbench tab, select Import.
  3. Choose Import Workflow.

Select the File​

Drag and drop the file into the designated area or select Choose File. Use only packages .sybot from a trusted source and intended for a compatible version.

Sybot analyzes the content and presents the necessary options to complete the import. Before confirming:

  • verify the included workflows;
  • check for any conflicts with existing objects;
  • select roles, categories, or projects when requested;
  • evaluate the impact of the imported configurations.

Conflicts and Replacements​

If the package contains a workflow already present, the interface indicates the conflict and the available actions. Do not confirm a replacement without having verified which definition should be maintained.

When it is necessary to preserve the current version, perform a Exportieren first.

After Import​

  1. Find the workflow in the Catalog.
  2. Open it from the Workbench.
  3. Check tasks, connections, roles, and configurations.
  4. Verify the required connections.
  5. Perform a test with non-sensitive data.
Warnung

An exported file can contain user-defined configurations. Store and share it only with authorized people; do not insert it into public areas.
