Workflow Export
Workflow Export is available in the Designer Workbench.
- Open Designer.
- In the Workbench tab, select Export.
- Choose Export Workflow.
Select Workflows
The window displays the workflows that can be exported by the user. Use the search to reduce the list, then select one or more objects.
The download action generates a package .sybot with the selected definitions.
What to Verify
Before exporting:
- verify that the workflow is the correct one;
- save changes in Designer;
- verify the lock status;
- include only the necessary objects.
After downloading, save the file with a name and location that allows you to recognize its origin and purpose.
Package Security
A package can contain diagrams, parameters, and configurations entered by users. It should not be published or sent to unauthorized recipients.
Workflow Export does not replace the version management procedures defined by the organization.
